Results
Results following Dysport treatments appear almost instantly. However, it may take up to 7-14 days to see the full results (this period the products start its peak). Patients typically experience results for up to three months following the procedure. We recommend repeat treatments to maintain the achieved results.

How does Dysport work?
Dysport efficiently blocks the muscle contractions in the face. Without Dysport there to prevent this contraction, the muscles would continue to form wrinkles. Dysport works to relax the muscles so wrinkles aren’t able to form as quickly. It counteracts the contraction and allows your skin to look and feel radiant and fresh.
Post procedure instructions?
We advise every client following a Dysport treatment to abstain from activity for 4 hours. Be careful not to lay down or apply pressure to your face during this time.
What is the treatment like?
This is essentially minimal invasive and quick. Expect minimal discomfort during the injection. No anesthesia is required; however, at Vida Aesthetic numbing cream or cold pack is available for sensitive clients prior to treatment. There is no down time following the procedure.
Will I be able to make facial expressions?
Yes, this is the ultimate goal to keep your natural look at its best. Although you are looking for visible results, Botulinum toxins type A treatment will not radically alter your natural appearance or make you look as if you’ve had work done. The natural muscle activity that causes, for example, frown lines between the brows are temporarily reduced by Dysport. Following the treatment, you can still frown and look surprised, just without bothersome wrinkles and lines between your brows.
How many units of Dysport will I need?
At Vida Aesthetic we do not offer a cookie cutter approach. Each treatment is carefully tailored according to each person and desired outcome and degree of lines/wrinkles to be treated. Thus, the number of units vary. On average, for example the forehead may require 12-40 units. The best way to determine needed units is to set up a face to face consultation.
Do you dilute your Dysport?
